Weld Neck Ring Flange
Kronex Stainless India manufactures and supplies premium quality Weld Neck Ring Flanges (WNRF) that are designed to be joined to a piping system by butt welding. This type of flange is preferred for high-pressure and high-temperature applications due to its long tapered neck, which provides excellent reinforcement and strength to the piping system.
The neck (hub) of the Weld Neck Ring Flange transfers stress to the pipe, reducing stress concentration at the flange base. The gradual transition of thickness from the hub to the pipe wall provides superior reinforcement, while the bore of the flange matches the bore of the pipe, reducing turbulence and erosion and ensuring smooth flow.

Slip-On Ring Flange
Kronex Stainless India manufactures and supplies premium quality Slip-On Ring Flanges (SORF). These flanges are designed with a bore slightly larger than the outside diameter of the pipe, allowing the flange to easily slide over the pipe before welding.
The ANSI / ASME B16.5 Slip-On Ring Flange is welded on both the inside and outside using fillet welds, providing a secure and leak-proof connection. Slip-On Ring Flanges are thinner than Weld Neck Flanges, making them a cost-effective solution for low and medium-pressure piping systems.

Lap Joint Ring Flange
