5. Payment terms

Payment terms will be provided in the quotation or order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments must be made in accordance with those terms.

All applicable taxes, duties, and levies (if any) will be as per applicable law and the quotation.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, supplier availability, customs processes, and other unforeseeable factors.

Title and risk of loss may pass in accordance with the quotation and/or applicable shipping terms (e.g., Incoterms, if specified).

7. Warranty & liability

To the extent permitted by law, KRONEX provides products in accordance with agreed specifications and any applicable warranty terms stated in the quotation/order documents.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, KRONEX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Site or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. User conduct

• Do not post or transmit content that is unlawful or infringing.
• Do not interfere with the Site’s security, systems, or operations.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. Termination

Surviving provisions will continue to apply as required by their nature.
